March 2, 2009
Station 75 and Waymart EMS were dispatched for
an automatic fire alarm at the Waymart Hotel.
Waymart 2 arrived on scene and cancelled everyone.
It was a false alarm.

6, 2009
Rescue 75, Waymart EMS, Mobile
504, Seelyville Fire Company, and Prompton Fire
Company were dispatched to a 2 or 3 car MVA at the
intersection of Route 6 and Creek Drive. Two cars
hit head on with one patient ejected, one patient
entrapped, and one patient that refused care. Two
helicoptors landed on scene (Penn Star and Stat
Medevac) and transported patients to CMC hospital.

Station 75 was requested by
Waymart Police for traffic control at different
intersections in Waymart while the funeral
procession for Sheriff Charles Morelli proceeded
through Waymart.

10, 2009
Station 75, Waymart EMS, and
Mobile 9 were dispatched for a one car MVA on its
side on Farview Mountain past Gibney's.

14, 2009
Station 75, Waymart EMS, Company
1 were dispatched to a brush fire in South Canaan
near Elaine's Place restaurant. Fire was knocked
down before we arrived on scene. Station 75 units
investigated and returned all other units.

16, 2009
Station 75, Waymart EMS, and the
Wayne County K9 Search & Rescue Team were
dispatched to go to the Waymart Fire Hall to
coordinate a search for a missing teenager in
Waymart. Units operated from 7:00pm to 9:30pm on a
search for a missing teenager. Around 9:30pm, the
person was found. Many different members came out
with four-wheelers to help with the search.

18, 2009
Station 75 and Waymart EMS were
dispatched for a field fire on Layton Road. Waymart
2 arrived on scene and reported about a 1/2 acre on
fire moving away from a structure through a field.
Station 75 crews operated for about an hour.

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were
dispatched for a brush fire on the Owego Turnpike
near Savage Road. 75 brush and Rescue arrived on
scene to find a controlled burn. All unit went back
in service.

Station 75 was dispatched to
assist Company 43 and their first alarm box
assignment for a chimney fire on Smith Road.

Brush 75 was dispatched to assist
Station 62 (Whites Crossings) on a brush fire on
Salem Mountain.

Brush 75 was dispatched to assist
Station 60 (Meredith) on a large (approx 8 acre)
brush fire on Meredith Street off the Casey Highway.

Brush 75, Waymart EMS, and
Company 1 (Lake Ariel) were dispatched for a field
fire on Cortez Road. Lake Chief arrived on scene and
cancelled all units except for Lake brush.

Station 75, Waymart EMS, and
Company 94 were dispatched for a brush fire on Route
6 near the Streamside Inn.

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were
dispatched to a brush fire on O'Connell Road. Units
operated for about an hour.

Station 75 and Waymart EMS were
dispatched to a small brush fire on Savage Road.

31, 2009
Station 75, Company 1, Waymart
EMS, and Mobile 9 were dispatched for a trench
rescue on Daniels Road. One male was entrapped in
the dirt near a foundation of a house. Chief 75 had
command.
